RealMassive - DataQu
Problem
Members of the commercial real estate industry struggle to find accurate and up-to-date information when making property-centric business decisions. They also face blockers in data consolidation and pricing by having multiple vendors offer overlapping information which then has to be manually stitched together to find full-context data around unique properties.
RealMassive worked to build a platform which consolidated all these various data sources, and included new, industry expanding, information so users could have one source of truth for all their property needs. We offered information on property size, outstanding loans, tax assessor data, contact information, and tenant data for each unique property.
The platform was built with a mobile-first mindset and was usable on Desktop, iOS, Android, and Tablet with full fidelity.

Outcome
We signed 15 pre-launch customers and onboarded a total of 127 during the year in which DataQu was live. We continued to improve the platform by offering several additional data points as well as a free version of the application with a limited data set. Feedback was regularly tracked from users within the app and through individual user interviews. The platform was presented as several real estate industry conferences around the United States and peak usage rates increased 110% from RealMassive's initial product offering.
In the year following the release of the new platform the COVID pandemic continued across the world. In the winter of 2021 the company closed it's doors and the platform was retired.
